The National Association for Music Education, or NAfME, spent Halloween supporting their cause by simply dawning their costumes.
The organization held a Halloween costume contest in the Davis Music Room at LeBaron Hall, inviting anyone willing to dress up and participate.
“We thought it would be a great idea to have a little contest to see who has the best costume and at the same time to raise money for our organization,” Dennis Yang, the chapter president said.
Amidst candy, characters, and contestants, the event lasted for an hour, leaving time for trick-or-treating later in the evening.

The contest cost $2 to enter and all proceeds went towards the development of future music educators.
