An Alabaster food bank going by the name of Manna Ministries needs your help.
Manna Ministries first began feeding the community 30 years ago. Today, they feed an average of 200 families a week with their Saturday morning food pantry.
The service is 100% run by volunteers and their donations.
Melanie Siow, who has been volunteering for years says that giving back with Manna is the highlight of her week.
Anyone interested in helping can donate through the Manna Ministries Facebook page or drop off donations to Shepard’s Harvest Church, at 333 Smokey Road, in Alabaster.
