Are you a Veggie eating friend in Montevallo? If you are, then you’re in luck best there are now more vegetarian options on campus than ever.

Falcon Food Director Jason Quarles says that the request for vegetarian food on campus has increase about 25% over the last 6 years.

The growing demand for vegetarian foods promoted the start of the Rooted station in the cafe. “No matter what, students can go to the rooted station to find a vegan meal.” spoke Quarles. And of course, there’s always cheese pizza for those cravings too.

We also got an update on what’s to become of Moe’s Mexican grill in the coming years from the Director.

“We are going to continue pushing for a Chick-Fill-A.”

Chicken might not be idea for vegetarians, but I think we would all be a little happier with waffle fries nearby.
