The end of the fall semester is here for UM students. The Covid pandemic has made it so students and staff had to wear masks in campus buildings, but will the mask mandate stay for the spring semester?

UM has yet to release a decision, but students can always check for updates on the school’s website.

Here students can also see how many previous and active covid cases have been reported on campus. Students can also report their own positive cases as well.

Students are highly encouraged to get vaccinated. UM holds vaccination spots throughout the year at the SAC but there are many other places to get your shot.

Of course washing your hands regularly and wearing your mask is also one of the best ways to keep yourself and others safe.
