Mid term elections took place on Tuesday, November 8th. As results poured in from around the nation the next day, it became increasingly clear that young voters helped swing the election, shutting down the much forecasted “red wave” of conservative support.

Montevallo campus is a place of many different perspectives and ideas. It served as a perfect place to try and understand how young people engaged with one of the most important midterm elections in recent memory.

Freshman Andrew Wilson, Sophomore Isaiah Coleman, and senior Noah Terrell all expressed faith in the American election system after Tuesdays results.
