The University of Montevallo recently purchased a nearby apartment complex to expand housing options on campus.

College Park apartments are located next to the track and field/lacrosse complex. The apartments will be open to juniors and seniors as a premium housing option. Renovations will take place over the next few months to prepare for the fall semester move-in day. Applications will open in February.

Most of the current housing options on campus are a traditional style dorm with a community bathroom on each hall. New Hall and College Park are two options that offer apartment style living on campus.

New Hall is the most popular residence hall on campus and is often the first to fill. The addition of College Park will make it easier for students to opt into this style of living space.
