Alpha Delta Pi hosted their philanthropy this past Thursday in Palmer hall. Their event was ADPI’s Got Talent which is an event where other greek life chapter show cast their talent and are judged by faculty members on campus. ADPI’s philanthropy is to support RMHC (Ronald McDonald’s House Charity of Alabama and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation.

Many chapter were able to showcase the talent they have within their chapters with a maximum of two groups per greek life chapter. Delta Gamma had two Natalie Anderson, singing a song she wrote herself and a duo group with Caylee Fucci and Emma Slay singing “Complex” by Katie Gregson-Macleod.

Phi Mu followed with a group of four member playing the Kazoo to duo group Rilee Martin and Averie Brooks singing hit song by Elvis Presley called “Can’t Help Falling in Love”. Then, followed by Alpha Gamma Delta also known as AGD, which they had Abby Truitt singing a musical from “Bring It On” and Bethany Singleton and Jordan Kinney also singing a musical.

In the fraternity category there was only one frat that performed which was Alpha Kappa Lambda. Alex Smith played the guitar and sung while Isaiah Coleman sang a song from Elvis. Lastly, Chi Omega hit the stage playing the piano and singing Elsa.

Emma Hobbs, a member of Delta Gamma gave her thoughts on her first experience at ADPI’s got talent saying, “my experience has been very welcoming and lovely.” she continued saying she enjoyed seeing “all the acts and the talents. It was very inspiring seeing all of my fellow classmates.”

The winner of the night were Alpha Gamma Delta member, Abby Truitt and Alpha Kappa Lambda member, Isaiah Coleman.
