With finals approaching and this 2019 fall semester coming to an end we can all sigh with relief that the holidays are finally here!

To get into the spirit of this joyous time of year I asked the fellow strong hall students, both COMS and MASS COM majors, how they planned to spend their time this season.

Sav Cook, Mass Com major, said, “This year is different! We will actually be in Chicago Christmas day!”

While she changes up a bit of her traditions, Madison Friley, loyal Alpha Gamma Delta member and COMS major sticks to her sisterly traditions.

Each December semester at their last chapter, the sisters gather around and tell each other what exactly they love about all the “squirrely girlies.” They call this activity “I love you because…”

“I have been a member for four years and I still have all of my ‘I love you because…'”

Whether you keep it traditional or spice up your season, we all can agree it’s time for this semester to be over, and for the holidays the begin!
