College Park Apartments

Additional housing options are set to be available for juniors and seniors in the Fall 2023 semester. The University of Montevallo has added these with the purchase of College Park Apartments. Requests to live in the apartments will be open on March 24, along with an email regarding room change. 

The College Park Apartments are two-bed, two-bath units with a living room, full kitchen, and laundry available. The units will be broken up with four students in each unit. 

The cost of living in the new housing will be $4500 per semester. There is an option for students who wish to stay in the apartments over the summer for an additional $4500 to cover the summer semester.

Spring Break

Spring break is approaching, which means residence halls excepts for Peck, Lund, and Brooke are going to be closing. Before leaving, students who live in on-campus housing are required to follow guidelines for room checks. If students do not complete the check list there will be a minimum of a $25 fine per violation.
