The restaurant has a wide selection of Mexican food from burritos, tacos, quesadillas, pork choices and more that will make you want to come back for more.
The service here is always amazing!! Great food and atmosphere. We go here all the time & they have lots of vegetarian options. Be sure to get the Mexican Guacamole!

In Pelham, Margarita Grill features unique and fair priced Mexican food with a variety of adult drinks at the bar. They want everyone to know that they are a family and friend-oriented restaurant, and they try to offer the best dining experience around.
Fantastic! I really enjoyed the hand crafted margaritas. The food was good and the service was great!

Eat here often and the food and service are always good. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Their tacos are the best in town.
