UM to host flu and COVID vaccine clinic

Montevallo, Ala. — Since 2024, more than 6,000 people have passed from influenza, according to the CDC.

To combat the flu this year, the University of Montevallo will be hosting a vaccine clinic on Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The clinic will be offering COVID and flu vaccines and are free with most insurance plans.

Please be prepared with an insurance card or information. Without this information, flu vaccines are $40 and COVID vaccines are $120.

There is no appointment required for the visit. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always contact our Student Health Services.
